Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Start Date: 1-2 weeks

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to support nationwide service operations. This role involves coordinating service requests, managing work orders, reviewing documentation, and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and service affiliates
  • Provide updates and resolve inquiries via phone and email
  • Serve as liaison between customers and vendors
  • Manage dispatch and prioritize service calls
  • Request and submit repair proposals
  • Follow up on inspections for reports and invoices
  • Review work orders and daily assignments
  • Verify documentation accuracy, including NTE amounts
  • Complete pricing and mark-ups before submission to Accounts Receivable

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with work order systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus)
  • Associate's degree OR 1+ year in customer service or related work
  • Ability to interpret business processes and basic technical documents
  • Ability to sit, type, communicate professionally, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
